Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to XCR’s website, Idea workshop, coding plugin and any optional remote access, operated by ONE LOOP PTY LTD. Use is limited to adults aged 18 and over and must comply with applicable laws and provider policies.

Do not use the service for fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, illegal sexual content or other illegal activity. Respect copyright, trade secrets and privacy. You must have the right to share the code and data you submit. Do not impersonate people or create deceptive material for scams.

Do not create or distribute malware, steal credentials, exfiltrate data, attack services or exploit systems without authorisation. Authorised security work must stay within the owner’s permission. Do not submit unnecessary secrets or personal information or use the service for doxxing or unlawful surveillance.

Do not bypass authentication, consent, spending caps, rate limits or security controls, manipulate billing, or use fraudulent payments. Protect installation links and credentials. Do not resell access or share credentials outside access expressly authorised for your account.

Do not rely on AI output alone for safety-critical systems or regulated professional decisions. Obtain qualified review where needed. Review and test code before applying or deploying it; passing checks is not proof of security, accuracy or lawful use.

Follow the applicable providers’ terms and acceptable-use rules linked at /legal/ai-providers. Availability through our service does not grant permission for a use prohibited by law or by those policies.

We may investigate suspected abuse using available operational records, restrict computers or accounts, revoke credentials and respond to lawful requests.
