AI Provider Disclosure

ONE LOOP PTY LTD operates XCR. The coding plugin sends relevant task context for AI-assisted implementation; the free Idea workshop sends your answers to draft a plan. Providers may vary with availability, task requirements and your configured controls. AI review and automated checks do not guarantee accuracy or safe code.

Requests may include instructions, selected source files, patches, check output and relevant context, or workshop answers. The full plugin repository stays local, but selected content leaves your device. Do not include unnecessary credentials, confidential material or third-party personal data. Payment card details are not part of these AI requests.

Provider API terms, service tier and account settings govern their own handling. OpenAI and Anthropic commercial APIs generally do not use API content for training by default. Google Gemini unpaid and paid services have different data-use terms; unpaid content may be used to improve products or models. Review each linked policy and applicable settings. We do not represent that every configured account has verified paid-tier, zero-retention or no-training protection.

Providers may retain content for security or legal reasons and process it internationally. Our plugin server’s non-retention of full prompts does not imply that a provider retains nothing. See /legal/privacy for our records and your choices.

Only send data you are authorised to share. Stop before submitting sensitive information if the disclosed handling does not meet your needs. Provider disclosures are updated when providers change; any required consent remains necessary. Questions: xcrmc2@gmail.com.
