Credits & Refund Policy
Effective 2026-10-18
ONE LOOP PTY LTD · ABN 77 646 633 285
01Payments through Creem
Creem is the merchant of record and reseller for purchases made through its checkout. Creem collects the payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT or sales tax), issues the receipt or invoice and handles payment disputes and chargebacks under its buyer terms: https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms. ONE LOOP PTY LTD remains responsible for the service and support. Checkout is offered only when it is enabled on the website.
We decide refund requests under this policy and submit approved refunds through Creem, which pays them to the original payment method. Creem may also issue a refund itself where its terms or the law require. Do not send money or arrange a refund outside Creem for a Creem transaction.
02Credits and prices
Credits are prepaid service units in USD, sold in packs shown on the pricing page. The price of each pack includes a payment processing amount of 3.9% of the amount charged plus US$0.40, which is passed on to you, and is shown before you pay; taxes and any currency conversion are shown by Creem at checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal and no free sign-up credit. Credits are not a bank balance or stored value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as set out in this policy or required by law.
03What coding tasks cost
Paid plugin tasks charge for successful, metered model calls at provider cost plus 20%, plus one fixed $0.02 fee per task that has successful model work. Charges apply to work already done even if output is incomplete or checks fail. Your task report shows the result and charge. Calls without billable model work are not charged.
Task spending caps and configured daily limits control usage. A task stopped, cancelled or closed after inactivity may still incur charges for work already performed. Review the cap before authorising paid work. The free Idea workshop does not itself authorise paid implementation.
04Credit expiry
Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
05Refunds of unused credits
06Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights or other rights under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. The 14-day time limit above does not apply to them.
07How to ask for a refund
Email xcrmc2@gmail.com from your account email with the purchase date and the Creem receipt or order reference, and the task reference if a task charge is involved. Do not send card numbers or API credentials. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid by Creem to the original payment method; timing depends on Creem and your card issuer.
08Payment disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment; most billing problems can be fixed quickly. Creem handles payment disputes and chargebacks. When a dispute is opened, the credits from the disputed purchase are removed from your balance and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open. If those credits were already used, the shortfall is recorded against your account and, if the charge was authorised and the service supplied, we may recover it together with any dispute fee charged to us, to the extent permitted by law, before you can use the service again. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, we may restore the removed credits.
09Closing an account
If you close your account, any unused credits are forfeited unless you ask for a refund before closing and a refund applies under this policy or the law. Account deletion does not require us to erase financial records that must legally be retained. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. The service operator is ONE LOOP PTY LTD; legal contact: xcrmc2@gmail.com.
